Where to start and what to say...? I am a 32 year old mother of 2 middle school aged children. I am a nurse, and my job can be pretty stressful. I have been on diets before that worked for me (but only in the short term) Adkins diet worked for me the fastest, but I also packed back on the pounds really quick once I started eating real food again... I am currently just trying to be more accountable for the foods that I consume. I listed that I am doing a "low calorie" diet, but wish to have realistic intake goals of around 1800-1900 calories per day. I also plan to get in some exercise, which I have really, really been lacking lately... We'll see how it goes. I hope to lose 50 pounds (but could stand to lose 100...)
