Late night cravings and binging
I'm not trolling- I'm just way too scared to weigh myself at the moment because it triggers me, and the website wouldn't let me join anything unless I put in a weight. It's only 8AM here so I've had coffee!
I've been in therapy for years and I'm working hard to recover, it's just that once I start eating even a proper amount during the day, I usually end up binging (and purging, but have been purge free for about a month now!). Night Time seems to give me most problems though :/ I try to distract myself but I always end up eating much more than I should, and of junk, before going to sleep

Late night cravings and binging
Hey guys, I'm a newbie here. I'm wondering if any of you have a problem with late night eating?
I'm fine during the day, I control myself without any problems. But then comes 10PM, I'm tired and irritable, craving junk food/empty calories ( like nutella ) and I usually end up giving in. Once I start then, I consume everything I can get my hands on before I fall asleep with a huge food baby.
I know how unhealthy this is, but I can't seem to stop! It feels like the whole day goes to waste.
Do you have any ideas on how to combat this?

(PS, I am a recovering bulimic- the shame :/)
