Not as much as I wanted, but I am on my period. My jeans were fitting a little loose a couple of days ago and now I am so bloated, they are tight. So I will probably weigh 5lbs. less after my period ends. I was good today too. Only 1 piece of chocolate and 1 cookie. Not bad since I have been surrounded by desserts all day.

Ugh, the stress is getting to me this week. My son has pink eye and I am scrambling to find a sitter to watch him. I had to cancel a luncheon today, goodbye $255. So I coped w/ that by shoving 2 fatty high calorie danishes in my mouth for breakfast. I guess I will have to exercise an extra hour for that.

Oh I am glad I survived work yesterday. 14 hours on my feet w/ little sleep. In the past I would have been completely exhausted but since I have been exercising on a regular basis, it wasn't too bad when I came home. My feet and back don't hurt either today and that's w/out pain reliever. But my hands are swollen from all the hell I put them through chopping and grabbing and lifting. Didn't stuff my face too bad either. A good productive day I think.

I just did 1/2 of yoga and I feel so great! I had forgotten how I feel after breathing and stretching. I wish I could find the time to go back to class but my old instructor only has classes on the days I work. If only I was rich I could have her as my personal yogi!

Too much sugar today. I wish I had time to eat better today. But not a second to spare. No junk tomorrow!!!!
