Sucky, sucky day. I just had another wedding canceled. Goodbye $2500.
On a better note, no danishes or large amounts of food have found their way into my mouth.

Today I had to go to a food show. Let's just say I had to indulge in the dessert isle a little and the pasta and bread tables. Some yummy stuff there. I was a little annoyed that they still haven't caught on to the fact there is a large vegan and vegetarian crowd out there that are sick of eating salads and appetizers when they go out to eat. The only place around me that offered decent entrees was the restaurant that I was the sous chef at. And I made it a point to offer healthy fare. Sigh.

Today is a not a good day for the diet. I ate chocolate ice cream, an evil danish and a ton of cheese. Stress levels are high today. My poor son has some sort of stomach flu and I have been cleaning up after him all last night and all day today. He has been hanging out by the trash can for hours. If this keeps up I will have to take him to the dreaded emergency room. I think we both got a few hours of sleep last night and I am exhausted. It's always so hard for me to say no to the sugar when I this tired and stressed. Carrots just don't seem to comfort me in times like these.

OK I'm eating way too much junk lately. Time for the ole vegan diet for a month to detox. Not to mention more weight loss. My goal is to fit into a size 12 by the end of March. That is 1 size down. That will be hard considering all my weight is in the mid section. Let's just say my body type is an apple on a stick. I have no hips and long skinny legs. Here I go!
