Trying to follow the diet still it is hard. Working alot and not being able to get in my work outs is killing me. I love going outside and the cold weather and rain is so depressing! I want to move to a warmer state!!

Still holding. My body fat as dropped to 19%. I have been working so much these past 2 weeks I haven't had time to do anything else.

Haven't been able to work out much this week. Too cold and rainy! Hopeto get outside this weekend. Haven't weighted yet this week...scared.
