I used to do Thai-boxing and weighed in at 79kg for fights. After that I got a girl friend, we moved in, I stoped thai-boxing and added an extra 18kg's of fat. Me and my miss have decided to reverse this so we went on a low carb diet and joined a gym. So now time will tell if I drop or pick up another 18kg.
