Although I've tried eating healthy homemade meals, something has gone awry. I know have total cholesterol coming in at around 250. So, I'm going to attempt to cut out all pre-packaged, pre-made foodstuffs. Unfortunately, I'm also going to have to cut out my booze intake, something I love dearly. Doing these things, along with trying to get three days of exercise a week and keeping total daily caloric intake to around 1,500, should have some positive results.
