I have done really well..
No fried food for about 2 weeks.
We havent went out to eat in about 2 weeks.
We did go out partying this weekend, and ate like crap, and had wine... and chocolate, and doners (thing European/Turkish) burrito...
:/ But i ALWAYS workout

I was doing really great, until my kitchen was packed up for the move this week.
I got a lot of exercise just due to moving for 3-4 days non stop, but I had to go food meaning french fries, and pizza.
Luckily fresh fruit is still an amazing breakfast alternative even on the go!

Today is good day. Spin Class + 1.5 Mile + Some body weight exercises.
Oatmeal + Strawberries + Blackberries + 10 almonds for breakfast :)

I was 143 before I went on leave. I didnt do so well since I had to eat out every meal!
I am back down to 142 though and all that in 1 months time.
