Royale Smoothie Company Shakes
The gym i belong to has a Shake Bar. I LOVE the Colada Teenie! However I am having a hard time finding the nutrition information on it. Does anyone have suggestions? The only answer I get at the gym is "it's a meal substitute" ... well i know that but how much of a meal! ha ha
I get one on Saturdays after ZUMBA class, it's my "treat of the week" ....

totally frustrated with the weight watchers site! I spend more time looking up nutrition facts on other websites so I can calculate into points. I find that WW site doesn't have a very good database.. anyone else having trouble?
