Low Carb plus cheat diet
I had started the Low Carb diet beginning February 2013.
My starting weight was 191 at the height of 5"7.

Now that's over weight. nI consumes over 500 carbs a day yet alone almost 3000 calories a day!

I have tried weight loss pills, working out, calorie count diets for years n years and nothing seemed to work.

So I decided to try the Low carb diet.
I gave up all my yummlicious foods and ate low carb foods for 2 weeks not going over 15 carbs MAX for the first 3 weeks and staying under 1000 calories. I lost good amount of weight about 15 pounds. I was amazed with these results.

I was working out daily 5 days a week. By the end of first month I lost a good 18 pounds


March-

I gave up working out daily was exhausting me and noticed the weight loss slowing down. I started taking zumba classes 3 times a week.

weight loss continued at a slow pace with out weight gain.

I changed my carb intake slowly added low carb bread and berries, melons, nuts, yogurt to my diet.

Starting mixing up things.

April-

Had a vacation trip and lost total control and ate whatever I wanted for those couple days.

and weight my self a week later with fear I lost 3 pound!!

But got back on low carb to get myself back on Ketosis and I was Ketosis crazy!!

I realized that I can eat normal food in moderation without gaining weight.

I let myself go and opened myself up to more options!!

Guess what, My body rejected it.

I was not able too. Naturally when my eating habits changed and the ability to understand portions and good substitutes become my life style I had no clue.

I felt proud and amazed at my self.

I worked hard to get such results but still didn't abuse myself. I gave my body some cheat time with failing.

You need to have a normal eating life as well.

Dieting alone yes it will make you loose weight.

What you need to know and understand how to leave a normal life style and eating as you want when there are parties out side dinners.

Pizza nights and popcorn at the movie theater, ice cream on hot summer days, Is that all acceptable.
You have to experiment with your body.

Adjust your body to moderation of healthy eating habits.

We all want some yummy cake or ice cream at time.

And you deserve it.

I started out Feb 1 with 191

today May 8th I weight 163.

My goal weight is 150 Smile

Try it, give your self 2 months of a tough push!!

it will change your eating life style forger and for the better.

If you want to loose weight.

Change your diet.

Kale shakes with strawberries and coconut milk
broccoli fried up
steaks
eggs/omelet
soy flour pancakes

all have worked well for me

and my cheat foods
I have pasta, pizza, ice cream, Java Chip from Starbucks,
Chips, cookies all of it.

and yet still managed to loose and still loosing.
Because its all about portion control and moderate eating.

Keep active, keep hydrated and eat healthy with exception of couple times of cheat days in a month, its good for youSmile

Low carb Diet concerns
Hi Low Carb Friends,

I have been doing the Low Carb diet for abot 2 1/2 weeks now.
I started with 191Lbs and right now I am at 180.

Total lost of 11 pounds.
My goal is to be 150 or below for now.

I have been in induction since day one till up to date. I am not sure if i should remain on Induction for another couple weeks or move to phase 2.

With the diet itself I work about 4-5 days a week.
Drink Green Tea every day.
Watch my calories intake as well.

I am afraid if i move to phase 2 what if I start gaining weight and whatver i lost i gain back.

I noticed that eating the Atkins Bars even though they say safe on all Phases is a lie. They Stalled me last week and i lost only 1 pound in like 5 days. I stopped them and boom i lost total of 5 after that.

Please experts give me your advise what else can i do to avoid Plaute or stalls. I want to loost weight quickly and have it show already.
