everyone always says that after you've been on a diet for so long that you just get fed up with not eating stuff and you just have to eat, it doesn't matter if its crap from someone else's plate you just eat it. as if you are at the recieving end of a floodgate which has just been opened, the food just comes streaming in and like land parched for thirst (sorry for all this poetry) you just eat and eat and eat and eat. i've suddenly just had the biggest lapse in self-control known to man. i'm supposed to be eating around 1,600 calories a day and yesterday i literally ate double that. now i actually see how easy it would be for me to put on weight if i wasn't careful. i've gained a sort of pre-conception since i'm this thin its okay to indulge a bit. bullshit - its going to show more now than ever so nows the time to be the most careful. and the thing is, i've done this before, gone overboard with the food, but at least it was food that i enjoyed. then i can apprecaite the indulgence. but when i know i've wasted precious calories on food that actually wouldn't be served to pigs then that's when i feel like shit.
