Saturday 02/11 = Finally, a break through! I weighed at 4:30 this AM (woke up had to use the restroom) and weighed, 279; at 8:00 AM my weight was down to 277.6, after not losing all week and NOT cheating I hope to keep this loss off. I know I need to eat more carbs in veggies and I have my plan ready, off to the grocery store with my list in a bit. When I originally started dieting I weighed 286 lost a few, went to the hospital for a few days, gained a few, came home lost a few, started Atkins at 283. So really down 8.4 from original 286. This past summer I weighed 252, gained the 30+ in a matter of 2 1/2 months due to a med and a huge amount of stress and grief in our lives, so have to lose THAT before I am going to feel like I am really losing, aaaggggghhhhhhhh I am going to do it and set backs are not going to have me running to the local pizza or donut shop.

Friday, no weight loss, again. I know that I am not eating enough carbs (SCREAM) I am going to have to do a better job of shopping and have already started a list for tomorrow. More veggies, more chicken...I may not be able to eat sugar free items at all, I will have to watch that and see. Constipation is no longer an issue, thank you. No shakes for a week, no bars for a week. This is an experiment in the making, I will just have to see how my body reacts each week and what works and does not work for me. Oh the joys of a new life style. I am certainly NOT going to be that woman who lost 50 lbs in three months, LOL
