so hard for me to lose weight!
hello
ive been a member of fatsecret for a while now but havnt really been on the forums...
ive been trying to limit myself to 1500 calories a day, if i do go over i rarely go over 2000 a day
i do a workout dvd for 45 minutes a day, wich is quite hard and roughly burns about 400 calories
i also do lunges, squats and situps everyday
i cannot seem to lose weight! ive been at it for a few months now and ive only lose 2 lbs
its so hard to keep going when youre seeing no results what so ever
im 5ft 5 and weigh about 175 lbs wich puts me in the overweight category, im desperate to lose weight!
has anyone got any tips etc? or just a bit of support would be much appreciated xx
