I love recipes from Fat flush, redbook, self, and cook yourself thin. I find it hard to stick to one plan. I want to just eat healthy foods and move more.

They have the fat flush diet but I cannot find the food. Like a slice of toast mine is 100 cal. per slice and I cannot find it in this system. This entering food is a little aggrevating. I made two fat flush soups today for lunch this next week to make it a little easier since Im PMS'ing and grab anything quick out of the fridge. I made a handwritten food journal so I can stare at it daily and know exactly where I'am. This helps me visually stay on track.

I have the plan book and cookbook. Ive been to my goal weight before only to gain it back. Im too young to get bad news from my doctor. This is totally about me and my future NOW!!!!
