According to cook yourself thin I want to weigh 160lb so my daily intake should be 1600 a day to get me to my goal weight.

Great day today. Having the scale next to the fridge and putting a mirror across from where I sit on the couch is a great motivator.
My birthday is sunday and I would love an ice cream but would rather have a glass of wine. Received my nutritional yeast in the mail and missed it. It is a great substitution if you are a cheese freak like me. You get the cheesy taste but its totally healthy. I recommend getting a cookbook also if you are going to try it. The last yeast I had lasted 3 years. You only use a tiny amount each recipe.

Started out at 200lbs until I got real and bought a scale. I REALLY weigh 220lbs. I put it by the fridge. I love this website because it tells me exactly how many calories im eating and burning. I just found my motivation.

I know it seems like I dont enter everyday in my food diary but I'am overseas and we go through a two day time change here. I wake up here it is 5pm in california. noon is 2am there so the days are messed up.
