I made a cheddery pie crust from the nutritional yeast book and I always make my husband a fresh chicken pot pie a couple times a month. He loves it but I make sure its healthy without all the fat.

I made a fettucine alfredo from my nutritional yeast book with steamed broccoli on the side. It was really good. I felt satisfied after and did not snack even though I had alcohol.

I thought I did terrible yesturday but now I put my food in and I'm so happy. I love to watch Dr. Oz he never has a bad show so I'm going to the gym to do circuit training while I watch him with music during commercials. I so dont want to but a protein shake before should get me going. Its beautiful outside today.

I had a bad day yesturday it started out good but dinner went way bad. I was sick all day on the couch and declared my husband the cook for dinner he ordered pizza.
But today is a new day and no need to cotinue the downward spiral. I'am going to continue my good eating habits today and workout. I still feel terrible but can only lay around for so long. I have to always be busy.
