Didn't write anything yesterday. So I got off track. Not to much but I did eat out for two meals. I didn't get extras like ranch and sour cream. I also tried hard to portion control. Still feel guilty for what I eat. Mic-D's never good. Anyway feeling real strong about everything. Got on the scale this morning and it is still going down. LOVE it. When it goes down my dedication goes up!! No sabotaging thoughts so far. I still want to lose the weight to feel good about myself, teach my little girl how to live a healthy life stile and I don't want to be a fat bride!!!

So far having a good day. It is so nice to have my family behind me on this. It is really hard when the ones you love treat you like you are not serious about your goals, and bring home the sweets setting you up to fail.

So far today is a good day. Feel really confident about the challenges that I have given myself. So far nothing but positive thoughts. I have also decided to throw some other things in the mix like no more artificial sweeteners, eat only hole foods and cut out processed food, pastas and breads!
