Finding this a little more difficult that I thought. The fasting itself is fine - I'm managing to stick to the target calories on the days that I fast. The difficulty is picking the fasting days to fit around events and sticking to that. And so far, on the days I'm not fasting, my intake has definitely risen.
However, I think it'll get better from here. I'm not actually enjoying what I eat on non-fasting days, and the fasting is definitely reducing my appetite on non-fasting days, so I'm going to limit myself a bit on these days. We'll see where I get to next week!

Looking forward to this - and a little worried about the challenge too! But there are lots of sites, blogs, etc. with 'low calorie' meals for the fasting days (and although they're called 'fasting days', you still eat, just much less than normal!).
I'm looking forward to being able to enjoy some of my favourite foods on normal days, without having that diet guilt when I eat something disallowed.
Also, I'm watching out for fructose additives (glucose-fructose syrups, high fructose corn syrup, etc.). I've seen some interesting information linking these additives to weight gain, so I'm going to avoid it. This may be tough: it's in ketchup!

Pleased with this. Feeling back on track, I've been eating much more compliant food and lost weight despite the occasional drink!

So the challenging weekend was more challenging than I thought... I let myself go a little, 'cos I was on holiday. The real problem though is not sticking to the diet since I got back! Too many sweets at work - silly birthdays! =\

Sneaky mid-week weigh-in cos i just cant help myself! Not so much exercise this week,but the weight's still coming off! Challenging weekend ahead, camping with friends (should be pretty active though!).
