Very pleased with the weigh in this morning! Morning after a fast day, which could have an affect, but this is my first sub 14st weight for months if not years.

Weigh-in: 195.1 lb

lost so far: 9.9 lb

still to go: 40.8 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

add comment losing 2.4 lb a week

Exercise and intermittent fasting seems to be working. Did weigh just 14st on one day, but after a long run so could have been dehydration. I'm feeling positive though :-)

Started 5:2 proper on Monday and been cycling to work all week. Going for a run today - need to get training for the half marathon!
