More calories and carbs than I wanted in the last 2 days. Ate way to many mashed potatoes last night! They were sooooo good though! Will have to tweak meals a bit more. Feel slightly belly bloated today, but not too bad, but my hands and feet really feeling like they are holding in water, especially my hands. They have been basically asleep all morning. I hate when they fall asleep all the time, its annoying!
Made breakfast again today!!

Thank you for all the support and kind comments yesterday! 1st small victory today. . . got up 15 minutes early and cooked myself breakfast. No chips and soda :) Bonus, kids tried my egg, ham, and cheese sandwich and asked if I would make it tomorrow too!! Glad I made extra today.

TGIF!! This has been a long and stressful week, I will be so glad when 3:00 gets here and I can leave work!
Last night I got my whole Avon order delivered and collected for! Yes! Usually I have a couple people who aren't home or want me to bring their order later. I also hit President's Club again!!! I wish I was better at recruiting and could get a bunch of people under me. It would be fun for Avon to be my full time job rather than a hobby, maybe someday.
I love Thursday nights, my show, Vikings is on History Channel and I put the kids to bed and watch it all by myself! That means I'm up an hour later than usual, but its worth it, love that show!!

Made an appointment with my regular doctor for a checkup. Last one was Aug 2011. I weighed 151. Goal is to be 5 pounds less than that when I go April 29, 2014.
Looked at my chart (clinic has a nice little health history program) and from 2010 - 2011 my weight was 139. . . in 2011 it went up to 168. Goal by year end is to be 135! I can do this! I can change! I can be healthy!
