Just returned from grocery shopping. I'm anxious to see what the scales will show on Saturday. I stopped doing daily weigh-ins and started focusing more on exercise and eating better. Of course my neighbor is bummed out that I opted out on alcoholic drinks today at pool time. Sorry friend....water or iced tea only for me. Those beers have WAY too many calories.

So it's only been THREE days since I started my vegan diet again (since 2007) and I already realize just how much I miss buying healthy food and eating healthy again. I already feel better and surprisingly I'm not even hungry between meals. I feel like this will be a permanent thing for me.

Just cleaned out my fridge COMPLETELY. Stocking it with only HEALTHY fruits, veggies and non-dairy milk.

I've decided starting TODAY, I'm going vegan and exercising at least one hour per day. Next Saturday morning I'll weight myself and see how much difference it makes in my weight loss to determine if it is right for me. I was on a vegan diet 7 years ago and stayed on it for almost 2 years. At that time, felt physically better than ever before in my life so I'm going to try it again and see what happens.
