Just curious if anyone has tried the hCG injections for fat loss. They're supposed to give 1-2 pound weight loss per day, mostly pure fat loss. I'm desperate after today's weight in. And if so, what kind of results did you get. I've been online all afternoon and looking at YouTube before and after but want to make sure I'm not looking at photo shop corrected pictures from people who are pushing for sales. I called a weight loss clinic here in my area and they want $400 for a month of prescription pharmaceutical grade injections. I don't want to shell out that kind of money and it be wasted.

Ok friends.....I'm headed to the gym now and today is my weigh in day. I can't stand the "not knowing" any longer. Everybody keep those fingers crossed for me. I've really pushed myself this past week. Hopefully muscle mass doesn't cause a weight gain instead of loss. Either way, I'm seeing transformation for the BETTER so I'm staying positive about this.

What the heck...Its been 10 days, I'm in my size 5 and snuggly in some of my size 3 jeans and only a half a pound loss. This makes NO sense. I've doubled my amount of exercise since my first week starting. I'm under 500 calories per day, usually around 300 on green vegetables and not hungry at all. I'm wondering what's holding me back right now. Am I weight training too much this past week?

Ok so I'm not ready to weigh in just yet. I weighed in a little over a week ago and I'm pretty sure I've lost some more since then because jeans I couldn't get over my butt and thighs a week ago actually slid up VERY snuggly last night and buttoned. They aren't as comfortable as I'd like them just yet but IT'S A GOOD FEELING. Those were size 5 and some were size 3. I was in size 11 and growing into a size 12 less than a month ago so I'm quite thrilled with my results so far. I'm looking forward to my size 1 figure by the first week of January.....that'll be my 38th birthday. Yesterday, I started walking 3 miles per day. I've been working out at least an hour a day this past week so hopefully when I do get on the scales, they'll be in my favor by at least a few more pounds loss since last weigh in.

I've followed my diet very well this week along with exercise. I just weighed in and I'm overjoyed to announce that I have melted away TEN pounds since last Friday. I'm pushing for another 5 pound mini goal for next Friday. :) FEELING VERY HAPPY TODAY!!! This is my lowest weight since I've joined this website.
