47 yr old, mum of 5, have got very lazy in the past few yrs and my weight has piled on to 113 kg. 3 factors are driving my weight loss, my 1st grandchild is due in december, I want to be around to watch that little one grow, I want to look ok in a dress when i get engaged(ive set that at 80kgs) and after finding my dad dead last yr from COPD and diabetes from obesity I dont want any of my children finding me like that. My diet has been terrible for yrs, eat what I want, fizzy only thing I drank and 3 chocolate bars at night watching tv, quit all chocolate about 3 weeks ago all fizzy/energy drinks 13 days ago and started counting my calories 4 days ago. Now to see if I can get to my goal and claim that ring lol
