I have always struggled with my weight, and over the last four years I have put on four stone and it is now time to take action. I know it is a combination of lack of exercise and too much food, especially carbs and chocolate. I used to have alot of outdoor exercise with my horse Apache, but sadly he had to be put to sleep, aged 14, after a careless, reckless girl injured him while I was on holiday in Corfu. It was totally unavoidable as I specifically told her not to jump him over solid fences and banks, which of course she ignored. Anyway I would love to be able to ride again, but at the moment I don't think I would be able to get into the saddle and pity the poor horse to carry my weight.
My goal is to get back to 10 stoneish, be healthier, happier and be able to wear nice clothes again. Also it, would give be a great confidence boost and hopefully I will be able to come off my medication for depression.
