My husband made our menu for this week and has been cooking the fat flush meals. Salmon cakes and the turkey rollups have been good.
However, I did just eat yummy pizza for lunch and will not stick to the diet for the next two days as I will be traveling. I will try to eat low calorie, though.

I honestly don't know how I weigh only 150! I've been eating my weight in Easter M&M's at work! Go figure!

Been pretty bad lately. Hubby and I have gained a little weight. However, we were on the beach this passed weekend and I was not embarassed to be in a swimsuit. I actually looked pretty good. Especially carying around my 10 month old, which gave the excuse for the pudge around my midsection.
