My husband made our menu for this week and has been cooking the fat flush meals. Salmon cakes and the turkey rollups have been good.

However, I did just eat yummy pizza for lunch and will not stick to the diet for the next two days as I will be traveling. I will try to eat low calorie, though.
148.5 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 17.5 lb a week

That's great that you and your husband are doing this plan together. I think the more support the better. Good luck on your travels hopefully you will be able to find something good on the menu.

mmmm can I come over for dinner :) I need to get my husband on this plan so he can cook for me. You have a nice husband.
