an emotional rollercoaster week, had a great weekend, attending the RV show in Lexington,Ky even narrowed down our choice, had a great dinner at Bru Burgers, but the week has been a disaster, Not my weight but my mind.. Hopefully nxt week will be better, if you think about it, say a prayer that I'll do better this week with the ups/downs of my Bipolar disorder.

did my weights a little differently this week, as our diets will be somewhat different this weekend, so posting my weight today... I'm very pleased so far this winter even with the cold this month, I'm still within my goal range, and am able to keep up w/ my walking and exercise!!

have started weighing myself just 3 times / week this month. doing better than I expected with the obsessive about my weight. so I know my weekly fluctuations may be different but I'm aiming towards maybe a 1x/wk weight by end of yr, we'll see!! as long as mentally I'm in my goal range I'll be ok even if I fluctuate a # or so by the week.

as the 1st month of the yr comes to a close, my new strategy for weighing myself, more 3/4 x wk, has worked out pretty well. this week's average as well as the month total averages comes to 126.6#.. I'm very pleased, and proud of myself for trying and mostly being successful in not weighing in every day.. Starting Monday, and a new month, I'm cutting back even more, and only weigh m/w/f.. this should work out ok too, and further help break my obsession with the scales!! Hope everyone's goals are going well.

much happier than expected with weighing 4 days one week, 3 the nxt. averages are on par with last year, weighing every day.. think I'm going to try 3 days per week starting in Feb. we'll see. my walking is going well too, on track to have 100 miles or more this month, so I'm pretty happy this week*!
