not a bad week considering it was up/down emotionally.. think my avg will be a little higher this yr as it's looking, but still within the 130# goal.. we'll see just depends on more exercise I think, maybe a few less cal./carbs as well

not a bad weight average this week considering I've been out of state and eaten what was provided for dinner rather than my usual diet. breakfast was my own tho, and kept up with my walking.

lots of not so healthy eating towards end of week. due to travel, and only 6 days of weighing. but still managed to keep within my avg. house sitting this nxt week, probably not alot of walking, so will have to watch diet closely

weight listed is actually from Sunday,the day I usually post, but phone issues leading to having to get it replaced, then reloading apps, etc so nxt week should be on track, however, will be out of state all week on business, so not sure of the way I'll get my weight.

went camping Wednesday thru today, even tho very busy, nothing better than camp food, and lots of it!! so while I didn't loose, didn't gain!! and my yearly walking total is now up to 1327 miles!!!
