have started weighing myself just 3 times / week this month. doing better than I expected with the obsessive about my weight. so I know my weekly fluctuations may be different but I'm aiming towards maybe a 1x/wk weight by end of yr, we'll see!! as long as mentally I'm in my goal range I'll be ok even if I fluctuate a # or so by the week.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
