Feel GREAT!! All things considered, visiting different folks eating different diets this whole month really, with another week or two to go, and a 1600 mile road trip Christmas Eve- - Sunday (12/27) hard trip but ailing in-laws take importance.. hope to make 1800 miles walking this year, only about 30 off so hopefully with as much going on I'll do it!! been avg. 5 miles/day, 7 /days/week!!... Merry Christmas Everyone!! eat smaller portion by using a smaller plate these nxt couple of weeks to help with sticking to diets!!

well scales seem better in sync this week, although still have to use thin rug, otherwise bare floor reads 4-6# more, which if that was right, pants wouldn't fit!!lol. we'll see how rest of month goes, but this week daily weight and avg seem on par with the month and past month. hope all are doing well on your goals!!

not quite sure if I actually have gained a # and 1/2, or if it's the scales, very frustrating. I bought 2 new scales, on hard floor they weigh 4-8 # higher than on a skinny rug. the newest set then weighs 4-5 less than the other, which weighs closest to what I've weighed all yr!! no 2 scales are the same , true, but even one set shouldn't be so crazy, !! I weigh myself nude every day. then add 7 days for a weekly avg. but now I'm having to weigh 3-4 times each morning, say within a 10 minute period and still avg. for the day.. I'm going to try changing batteries again, or maybe I should just use the 1st weight I take??? give me some idea's!!

only 5 days weights, as we were away with family over Fri- Sun. got on scales this evening just curious lol, shows a 6# gain !!! know that it's From sitting all day driving.. This week we'll get a better grip on wether or not the holiday meals had any real effects.. but even so, family time well worth it!!

although slight, still a gain due to family problems late week causing much stress and eating more... Will really have to watch with holiday coming now. it's a starve week or at least a couple of days
