I have an active lifestyle and work in a medium/high stress level job. Recently, had a reality check with a scare of a health problem that resulted in a minor muscle/chest problem. Was instructed to lose some weigth and tone up body. I decided to try Fatsecret for the structure of planing and use of a huge food data base to create a weight lose program. My goal is 235 lbs. for the first segment of weight loss plan by March 1, 2012; second phase will involve more exercising with slower wight lose to 220 lbs by December of 2012.
