Need help finding an exercise workout
My husband and I are both trying to loose weight. I had a baby 8 months ago and by the time we get home from work eat, feed baby, and put baby to bed most of our night is gone. I really don't have time in the morning because again by the time i'm done getting myself and the baby ready it's time to leave and since i'm up a lot at night with the baby I can't wake up any earlier. So what i'm looking for is advice on what my husband and I can work out to at home after the baby is asleep. That way we can keep an ear out for him but can still get a workout in. I would like something upbeat that really gives you a good workout and not just the same boring exercises. Any ideas or recommendations?
