At the turn of 2010 I weighed 334 pounds!! I went on a doctor assisted weightloss program (Mediweight) and lost well over 125 pounds between then and the end of July! The diet consited of high protein, low carb, low fat, no sugar, supplements and even a hunger suppressant. I went from XXXL shirts to L shirts, and size 44 pants to 34!! Now I'm trying to maintain my weightloss and maybe lose a little more and build muscle at the same time. That said, I have become a gym rat and I'm at the gym doing cardio and weightlifting DAILY! I admit that I abused my body long enough and take this all as a rebirth, a life change. I love my new body, my newfound energy, better sleep, fewer aches and pains (other than from working out), and shopping for clothes that actually look good on me! From being the big guy with a big personality, to the guy which a fellow high school graduate from years ago said I'm officially "one of the hottest guys from our graduating class," I have come out of my shell and I'm taking the world by storm! Look out for you have witnessed the rise of The Ego!!!! (but I still have that same big guys personality LOL)
