Need Help with Atkins
I've been on induction for 2 weeks and have only lost about 2 pounds. I'm struggling to eat enough calories while maintaining low carbs. I was told that I wasn't eating enough veggie carbs, too much protein and too little fat. I'm so use to WW that I seem not to be able to master Atkins. I could use suggestions.

Food Entries
I was entering my food journal into the calendar and selecting from the list. However, I noticed that some of the carb counts are not coming out correct. How do edit portions of the entry to reflect the correct numbers.
