I just worked out, and I am drenched in sweat. It feels so gross, but so freaking fabulous at the same time. I had a late really spur of the moment dinner tonight, and it ended up wonderful. I did find that it was almost hard to make my calories today, but I feel very full and satisfied.
Too tired to really post much more tonight. More tomorrow, night!
