I am 26 years old and currently weigh 152! The reason this is exciting is because in April 2009, I weighed 174. I decided I had to do something about my weight after I saw a picture of me....I could not believe how big I looked! I started out counting my calories and walking. Then I gradually started jogging. I feel like I have accomplished so much, but I am stuck at my current weight. I eventually stopped counting calories and have not been jogging in a long time. I am really ready to lose this last bit of weight! I just want to stay committed and be healthy and I believe this web site can help give me that push!
