I am 26 years old and currently weigh 152! The reason this is exciting is because in April 2009, I weighed 174. I decided I had to do something about my weight after I saw a picture of me....I could not believe how big I looked! I started out counting my calories and walking. Then I gradually started jogging. I feel like I have accomplished so much, but I am stuck at my current weight. I eventually stopped counting calories and have not been jogging in a long time. I am really ready to lose this last bit of weight! I just want to stay committed and be healthy and I believe this web site can help give me that push!

looking on the brighter side
so i have lost 23 pounds (give or take a few) since April 2009 and here lately i have been eating way too much! i really want my weight down to 140 which i believe is so possible. it just seems like i have no motivation since i have already lost so much! i need the push to exercise and eat less.....any suggestions would help.

i need help! i am gaining weight and i know it is because i am eating way too much! its like i cant control the urge....i was doing so good a few months back when i was counting calories and jogging. i havent been in forever due to snow and rainSad i know excuses, excuses....any suggestions on how to get back on trackVery Happy

bad day
i am having a bad day! started off good with breakfast, but after that it has been downhill...i have been snacking bad today! any suggestions on breakfast and lunch ideas that are low calorie and will fill you up. i have to eat a simple breakfast that i can eat on the run. please give me ideas!!

thanks to everyone for the suggestions! he is stubborn and doesnt want to eat earlier, so i guess i will just have to eat less starch and more veggies....he doesnt like veggies, he is a meat and potatoes boy! thanks againSmile

question for all
my husband doesnt like to eat dinner until 8:00 and i would prefer to eat earlier because i hate going to bed with a full stomach. i eat good during the day...small calorie meals, but at dinner i feel like i eat more. i think i am not losing weight because of the dinner situation...any suggestions???
