Constipation issues
I used to use psyllium husk daily and wondering if that may have slowed down my weight loss. I just got back on Atkins and am going to try and not use it daily ... and hoping maybe the loss will come a little quicker? Has anyone else ever had this problem. For me, it's just a theory ... so not really sure if that's why I wasn't losing so well last go around.

Sugar Free Metamucil
Has anyone had a problem using a sugar free psyllium husk product such as metamucil and had problems losing weight on Atkins? I've been using this and my weight loss seems slow and it's making me wonder if this is the culprit. I know each serving has 2 net carbs and I'm taking this product twice per day (total 4 net carbs for the day). Wondering if it's worth it ... if I should not use it ... and maybe I'll see better result. Just curious if any others experiencing the same.
