I was very athletic in and through high school. But when the track, basketball, volleyball, softball, and sports were over after senior year. College and the "freshman 15", eating on a tight budget, whatever else is included in this. I didn't pay attention to my weight anymore. Run RUn RUN!! Now that I am married and can buy decent food, I'm gonna get all this back off. I can do it, yes I can!!

Family Party
take cream cheese and sour cream equal parts, add garlic powder and dill. mis together spread on deli ham and put a pickle and roll up. (pickle roll ups). delish. I also have done buffalo chicken dip and brought my own pepperoni chips. Lets see....actually, you can do a lot of dips if you take pepperoni chips. Browned hamburger, velveeta, and salsa dip, yummy. I also just made a veggie salad with cauliflower, broccoli, 2 cups hellmans mayo, 1/3 cup splenda, and bacon bits. hope this helps!!

i just tried it for the first time with cream cheese....not too bad. I think next time i'll toast and butter and have it with over easy eggs!! YUMMO
