I really snacked out yesterday, but today I ate less than 1500 calories and I'm planning on running/working on abs later. Take one day at a time.
Typing in the food I eat always helps me not overeat because it takes to long to enter in everything.
Beautiful day for outdoorsy things.

Wow I really did it today. What I need is to lay off the carbs and extra snacks. One of my big problems with weightloss is that if I eat something that is unhealthy and high in the calorie count, I just eat and eat and eat after that. It's a very awful habit that I have formed. I really need to step up the exercise today!

I've tried for many months now to get more active and cut the calories, but I usually can't make it through one week without indulging. I hope this helps me stay motivated to not give up.
