Tomorrow is weigh in day again, why does it seem like it comes so fast. I am not ready to get on the scale again. I know I gained weight this week, I have been eating like a pig and I did not get on the Total Gym one time in 7 days. I did move it away from the wall this morning with all intentions of getting on to do my weight training, but I was side tracked by a mess, the next thing I know two hours has passed and I have been cleaning everything in sight. I screamed and yelled at the kids and disciplined my husband for calling to much and five minutes later I was feeling guilty and nobody wanted to hear my apology. Well screw it then, I can be grumpy and bitchy if I want to! None of you people have to worry about everything you eat 24/7 and exercise every waking minute just so you can be an above average weight person. My family sits around and pigs out and watches TV then sleeps for 10 hours and I gain the weight. I can not take anymore venting, I'm going to get in the shower and go to bed, so I can wake up to find I gained the two pounds in my sleep my husband lost in his. Pedometer reads 19296 steps and 11.41 miles.

pedometer reads 19449 steps and 11.53 miles. Starting a more intense exercise program tomorrow, it was originally to be the Jillian Michaels Making The Cut program....BUT after over a month of searching I could not find more then half of the ingredients on her shopping lists. I was not able to confirm many of adjustments to the menu I needed to make due to allergies or just plan do not like certain ingredients. Several attempts were made to inquire about alternatives to the menu for ingredients not in our area, but no response was every received by her team. At this time, I will try to follow her exercise program without many of the high tech gym equipment required. I am going to try and use my Total Gym to make up for some of the routine I can do with my small gym at home. It will be tough cutting out the snacks, but I have my kids down stairs eating up all the goodies as we speak. Wish me luck on this more intense program to try and drop these last 15 pounds.
