I have resolved not to step on the scale every single day. This type of behavior is obsessive and self destructive. I am not overweight in any sense of the manner. I am 5ft 6in and weigh 139 pounds. I just want to weigh what I did before having a child which was 128. Exercise is no problem for me, as I have been faithfully doing it for years and it is part of our lifestyle. I just happen to love to eat too much and really need to watch my portion sizes. I also have to be realistic that my metaboloism is not the same as before. I need to get a grip and quit obsessing over numbers.

I had been doing very well until I went to a wedding and just blew everything. I gained 4 pounds from that. I really have got to quit obsessing about the numbers. It is driving me mad and making evrything more difficult.

Gained a pound. I just shouldn't step on the scale evryday. It can be very disocuraging when you are following the diet perfectly!!!
