Yaieee, I'm in Ketosis .. So happy to see traces of Light Purple...!!!
I'm not complaining or anything ... but i thought you can only be in ketosis when you're consuming less than 30g of carbs. However, i've been consuming almost double. Soo, Do you reckon the reason my stick has turned "light purple" is cause i am dehydrated? I mean I am drinking over 1 Litre of water.

Hmm..struggling again to get back on the diet!!! gained 2 kilos !!! looking for a someone who can motivate me !!! i want to lose weight but it jus feels so difficult!!! yea, i duno what self motivation and determination is ..
