Bad news on many fronts. Stress is killing me. Sticking with good food choices.
Not exercising, just trying to stay positive.

Okay, seriously people, why on earth would you sign up your child for advanced basketball when they don't even know what double dribbling is. That is beginner, period! Why would you want your child to lose every single game? You are setting your child up for failure! Pisses me of. Putting on a happy face, and praying for a miracle. Our league shuts the score clock off after the other team gets up by 20 points. My goal will be to have one game where the score board stays on.
I feel really bad for my son because he is advanced. There is literally one other child on the team that is in the right place. That means the 2/10 are in the right place. I was really hoping to be able to start to coach strategies this year vs. skills. Oh well, it is just a game, life goes on, etc....

I love running so much. It is such a mind clearing event for me. I can't even tell you an exact thought that I have out there. Nothing of importance. Most of the time I don't even know what songs are playing on my phone. I just zone out. It is just the actual act of getting out the door that is hard for me. The other obstacle for me is that if I go off my eating plan, I just plain don't enter it in as food.
It is like well, I ate "x" I know I am way over my limit why bother even putting it in to fat secret. Then it is generally a real quick slide down hill. I know that it is a "choice" not a matter of will power but I really think that choices are simply overcoming will power. I truly believe that there are cravings and it does take will power to overcome them.
