I want a body that is lean, muscular, flexible, and has great stamina, like a long-distance runner. I played football in high school, ran and hiked recreationally through college, and practiced some mixed martial arts and swimming since then. I have been either vegan or lacto-ovo vegetarian since 1988. Luckily, I have been healthy for most of my life, but my body has always been a tad overweight (by BMI) and lacking definition. In recent years, I have used work as an excuse to avoid pursing my fitness goals. Now, I realize that the only way I will ever realize my goals is if I make the time to exercise and make the effort to discipline my eating. I hope the tools offered here will help. UPDATE: Since joining Fat Secret, my weight has finally dropped within the normal range (by BMI). I always knew that eating healthy food is important, but now (with Fat Secret) l have finally learned to limit my serving sizes properly. l still have some pounds to lose before realizing my goal of becoming lean, but I am finally on the right track.
