I've been fat before but i never really cared about how i looked but seeing now how I'm improving every week i'm not going to stop not now not ever. 155lbs. here i come. :)

awesome. exercise 40 minutes a day 5 days a week and follow the herbalife program. you will lose weight. thanks to my coach at www.healthyweightph.com

Restarted my diet because i was still trying to learn the site and it's features. I will now seriously follow my weight management program so that I can achieve my goal weight by october 4, 2012.
