Start Weight
240.3 lb
Lost so far: 24.0 lb

Current Weight
216.3 lb
Performance: losing 2.7 lb a week

Goal Weight
154.3 lb
Still to go: 61.9 lb
After the previous session of trying to loose weight I blessedly did not gain back all the weight that I have lost even although I did not focus on calory control and what I ate as much as I did. I still at least remained to eat correctly at least to a certain degree.

2016-04-04 Recalculate, Retry and Restart :D 105.5kg
May I be able to, at least, break the 3 digit zone this time :)

Ok gained weight until 112.7kg (19 Oct 2016) after which I started the Ketonic Diet (5 Nov 2016) which is totally working for me, praise Yah! It seems like a healing diet too as my sinusses are better and I have not had heart burn in a long time and I just feel good :D

PCOS
I also have PCOS and am an a strict diet now. Have liver problems too. I couldnt find any diet to work for me but my current one truly DOES work. It is not a diet one should play around with as it can be dangerous to your health when not done properly but I discussed it with my Dr and after telling her exactly what I am doing she tweaked it a bit. I have now been on it for two weeks and lost nearly 5kgs but I do have lots to loose. Maybe you can do the lighter form of it and cut out starch, rice, potato, pasta, sugar, bread, etc etc etc. Completely. This in itself will help. Still see your Dr to see if you will need to take vitamins with it. I am not hungry and I do not crave.

Diabetic's daily sugar data
Yes, that is what one is forced to do (or something like that) when Fatsecret.com does not provide us with a proper option to use. You are not supposed to search for it. I really do hope that Fatsecret.com admin is reading this thread and will look into providing all Diabetics with this option so that you will be able to log your sugar similar to how you would log your weight. This should not be such a complicated feature to add.

Diabetic's daily sugar data
It should not be such a huge request to add a field or three where one can use it, as suggested by mattstoc, as custom fields or even predefined. I am sure there are more who wants this feature especially as BP, glucose, HDL, etc usually goes hand in hand with weight loss.

Diabetic's daily sugar data
Is there a way to record your sugar on fatsecret? If diabetics need to get their sugar down there should be a place for recording your sugar readings.
