Weight Gain with Prescription Meds
Yep, I'm on Zoloft (sertraline) and it didn't dawn on me till recently that the 15 lbs I have gained over the past 8 years is probably due to that. Huh! I need to get back on the treadmill. I stay away from white food, eat lots of salads and protein and snack on nuts or low fat cheese between meals. I am hypoglycemic so have to eat protein every few hours. I think exercise is the answer, since I am eating minimal high glycemic carbs.

I'm following My Fitness Pal - writing down my meals and trying to stay close to 1200 cal at least 5 days a week, but still can't get the scale to budge. Sigh...
at least it isn't going up:-0.
