is there any tip to enjoy jogging?
It always hurts at first and you will feel sore until you get to a level of fitness. Enjoyable? I do it because it feels good when I'm finished with the run. I breathe and move around better. Also, in addition to diet, is the number one way to dump the weight. The run itself is not really ever enjoyable. It takes reaching in and finishing- discipline! For stray dogs you may want to carry a golf club along on your run.
