I'm a 22 year old married, working lady. I'm not heavy but I have very high cholesterol. It was 266 but now it's down to 206, which is much better but still not good. I'm not happy with the weight around my middle so I'd like to tone that up, too.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh when I remember to before I eat breakfast. I normally remember afterward. Wii Fit is currently my scale, so there is also the necessity of leisure time in the morning to get it all set up. I usually only weigh on my days off (2 days a week), if I weigh that frequently.
