Yesterday was not a good day for my diet. I got really hungry and ate... too much. Almost 1700 cals :(. Its still better than before I started but I was not happy about it and of course I gained a lb from it. I did work out though so that was good. I am going to try to stay on track for the rest of the week.

Today I have a headache and am not feeling so great but I decided that I was going to workout anyways and I am glad I did. I think it was a tension headache because my neck has been so sore so working out helped a little. I am very proud of my weight loss already. I know they say fast weight loss comes back but I am determined to not let that be the case. I forgot how quickly my body tones and loses weight if I just put an effort into it. In Dec 2007 it took me about 4 wks of actually trying (and about 4 more of messing aroud) to lose 20 lbs and I kept it off until I got pregnant with my daughter March 2008 and I stayed at that weight until 6 months pregnant when I was told to eat lots of cals to gain weight so I KNOW I can do it this time and keep it off. I am very proud of myself and am feeling better each day. I cant wait to finally here something other than "you look fat" from my family when I see them in a few weeks. Not to mention my birthday is in 4 days and I want to be able to take pictures and not feel embarassed.

So the scale says 158.8 right now, which is awesome but I always do my offical weigh in at night. I havent had a chance to really eat yet so I had a slim fast shake and a banana for a snack. I guess I need to make time to eat since my stomach is tender from not eating. Good news is I can really see a change now and so can my husband :) Today is my day off from the Wii Active challenge but I have a ton of housecleaning to do so at least that will burn some cals. Time to go make something quick and finish housework.

I am feeling great again today. Sore from working out yesterday but that is better than feeling fat lol. I didnt get enough sleep last night which I know is important to weight loss but hopefully tonight I will. Today is the day I need to add 100-200 cals to my intake according to a website I found so that my body doesnt go into a plateau. Right now its not looking like I am gonna make it, I think from eating smaller meals maybe my stomach is strinking because after a yogurt I feel really full. I guess I still need to find a medium so I am eating enough and not too much. At least I ate breakfast, that could be it too, my body may not be used to food before 12 lol.
Just finished working out the Wii Active, day 2 of my 30 day challenge and that thing is incredible. I almost threw up after all the running it made me do. In 2 days I can already see the muscles in my arms, probably thanks to the fact that I build muscle easy. I have lost a total of 2.5 inches and 5 lbs in the past 4 days so I am very anxious to see my results in 28 more days :)
